1 of 1 - this vintage, bold, chunky locket can be worn many ways; A necklace A lariat A pocket chain The chain is strong and sealed - once an eyeglass/ pocket fob of my Grandfather's. The heart can be removed as well. This large heart charm was given to my Aunt Jeanie in the 60s, it was once a bracelet charm and it's a secure clamshell locket The heart is large - one side is textured & the other has a small key, xox's - the raised lettering that reads 'key to my heart' The charm is a clamshell & SHUTS (snaps) TIGHT Inside is plenty of space to hide whatever you need, I could keep +10+ of my migraine pills in there. All is yellow gold, not real gold nor are there any stamps.
